Career Connection of Broward, Inc. will work hand in hand with those referred for employment services. Our goal will be to make the connection between employer and employee, making sure both are satisfied with the alliance.

CCB consumers often carry with them a Work Opportunity Tax Credit which also saves employers money. In some cases, an On the Job Training program can help employers get good quality workers while training them at the expense of the State of Florida.

As a member of the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, Career Connection of Broward will concentrate on helping members fill staffing needs. Perhaps the FREE services will help employers avoid wading through the mounds of resumes for each job. CCB is making an impact on employment in Broward County. Our association with the Chamber promises to increase that impact.
